General description of our service
Halle 400 Events & Tagungen GmbH is a professional provider of planning, organisation and implementation services for a wide variety of events – from conferences and congresses to cultural events and corporate events. Our service within the meaning of Section 1 (3) No. 5 in conjunction with No. 26 and Annex 3 to the BFSG essentially consists of offering consumers the opportunity to enquire about event venues and additional services such as technology, catering and staff digitally via our website.
On our website, interested parties will find an overview of our bookable venues, each with a brief description, technical details, seating options and examples of possible uses. Individual quotes can be obtained via integrated contact forms or booking enquiries.
Regardless of the subpage you are on, our navigation bar is always visible, allowing you to access additional services at any time – including technical equipment options, information on event services such as catering or event support, and the option to contact our team directly.
Descriptions and explanations necessary for understanding the performance of the service
Before making an electronic booking enquiry via our website, interested parties can first obtain comprehensive information about our various event rooms and services. By clicking on the ‘Booking enquiry’ button, they can request an individual quote after entering a few event details.
In addition, under the heading ‘Live Programme’, there are announcements about various events that will be held in Hall 400 for the general public in the coming months. Ticket booking is done externally – our website only provides a link to the external organiser's ticket booking page.
